Media...acting as Media

I will simply allow the words of Dana Loesch of Big Journalism speak for themselves. It is time that our media be held accountable for their words. Repulicans and conservatives should not shrink back, but should stand tall.

Ben Stein, we all know and love for his role as a teacher in Ferris Bueller's Day Off, is also a great conservative thinker and challenger of thought. Due to the fact that this is a widely spread email, I will not re-post it here. Bottom line: The statement about America being atheist - totally thoughtful. However, in the spirit of the true context of his writing, I would think that Ben Stein might say "Where is it that America is supposed to be totally accepting and non-individualistic? Is it not what the Pilgrims and Founders of America landed here to become? Did they not want Liberty for all?"

Seems to me, we wear are feelings and personal preferences on our sleeves. We have a true ROOT to who we are - totally traceable in unrevised history. From that Federalist Root, our Republic was born. Why is it that Texas gets this?

 If a Conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn't eat meat..

 If a Liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.

If a Conservative is homosexual, he quietly leads his life.

If a Liberal is homosexual, he demands legislated respect.

If a Conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.

A Liberal wonders who is going to take care of him

If a Conservative doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels. Liberals demand that those they don't like be shut down.

 If a Conservative is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church.

A Liberal non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced.

If a Conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it. A Liberal demands that the rest of us pay for his.

 If a Conservative reads this, he'll forward it so his friends can have a good laugh.

A Liberal will delete it because he/she is "offended".
