King Obama

It is difficult to put words out there into cyberspace, because one simply must be incredulous with the thought of our President waking up one morning and coming to his own conclusion regarding the laws of the United States. I was aghast at the King's-I mean President's "educated decision" to no longer support the law set by the Marriage and Family Act.

Ok. To not believe in it, agree with it or simply not like it is one thing. But to executively overstep the bounds of the systems of checks and balances and by fiat decide law.

The president, and equally those democrats in WI, are acting in fashion of treason. It is time we address consequences of actions in the manner warranted by action!

Coburn Tries to Offset Expense of Unemployed

So, we are heading to China...and we are requesting to borrow MORE money so we can tell lazy bums "it's ok to sit on the couch!"

Coburn tried to compromise with cuts to other programs and got shot down 52-47. How does the "tax cut bill" pass 81-19 and Coburn is left hanging on an amendment that supports what people are saying out here? Only needed SIX more votes on Coburn's Amendment for it to have passed!

Yet Another Video Of A Democratic Congressman Lashing Out Against Accountability

You know, I have four kids. At various stages of their lives I've seen them throw temper tantrums. Almost every one of them has been based on one principle. They wanted something that they couldn't have and I, as the father/authority figure held them accountable to their actions in trying to obtain something they couldn't have. Turns out, in their moment of meltdown they looked a lot like Mr. Ciro Rodriguez here.

Rodriguez was apart of the Democratic Party that ramrodded the health care bill through congress despite the majority of the American voting public being opposed to it. Now as they are facing the public, falling in the polls and losing re-election bids the meltdown is in full bloom.

We really shouldn't be surprised with the attitude and approach the Democrats are taking towards constituents who questioned them. They didn't listen to us before passing the health care bill, they're not going to listen now. The difference is that now they've become bitter against the American public that is rejecting them and holding them accountable to the web of lies they've spun.

Which Political Party Is Out Of Touch? Words Vs. Actions

Obama says the attitude of Pete Stark and the Democrats is in tune with the everyday needs of the American people while the Republicans are clueless.

Speaking in Racine, Wisconsin President Obama said on Wednesday that the Republican party is out of touch with the daily needs of Americans. The question now is how many people are going to believe the validity of his statements because the American people could build a strong case against Obama as being a president of "lip service."

Ask the people on the Gulf Coast if they believe that President Obama and the Democratic Party are in touch with the daily needs of Americans. Ask Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal if the Democratic Party is in touch with the needs of the people from his state.

Governor Jindal said, “We’re glad the Vice President visited Louisiana today. Just as when the President comes into town, we see the pace of federal activity increase. The overarching message that I told the Vice President today is that the federal government needs to increase their sense of urgency. They need to treat this spill like a war and get in it to win it. We’re here to defend our way of life.

“We’re asking the federal government to cut through the red tape and bureaucracy. It’s time for them to lead or get out of the way. The federal government should stop interfering in our work to stop the oil. Over and over again, the federal government has stopped and stalled our efforts to fight this oil off the coast.

“First, it was the sand-berms where it took the federal government weeks to approve the project and then after construction started, the federal government shut it down and left our coast vulnerable to the oil. The latest example is the rocks and barges plan off of Grand Isle. Jefferson Parish and Plaquemines Parish together with the towns of Grand Isle and Lafitte have been pushing for weeks to get approval for their plans to place boom, rocks, and barges in five of the western Barataria Bay passes. Their plan calls for narrowing the passes by up to 70 percent with rocks, rigid pipe boom or other measures, then placing barges with vacuum trucks and sorbent operations in the remaining gaps. We can fight this oil before it gets into our interior marshes with these plans – but they are still awaiting federal approval.

Ask Arizona Governor Jan Brewer if the Obama Administration and the Democratic Party are in touch with the needs of the people from her state?

"This is an outrage," Brewer says in the ad. "Washington says our border is as safe as it has ever been. Does this look safe to you?"

Brewer continues, "We will not surrender any part of Arizona. We need to stand up and demand action."

The governor says that "Washington is broken" and asks Mr. Obama to "do your job."

Ask the 55% of voting Americans who didn't want to see the health bill passed but had it rammed down their throats any if the Obama Administration and Democratic Party is in touch with their needs?

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey, conducted on the first two nights after the president signed the bill, shows that 55% favor repealing the legislation. Forty-two percent (42%) oppose repeal. Those figures include 46% who Strongly Favor repeal and 35% who Strongly Oppose it.

In all of these cases you'll find the Republican Party trying to fight for the needs of the American people and the Democratic Party fighting for their agenda above all else. That's why in Louisiana you've got people out of work because of the oil spill and people out of work because of the government imposed drilling moratorium. That's why in Arizona the government is surrendering land to Mexico while telling you that the borders are secure. In the meantime we've got people like Rep. Pete Stark, Dem-California (video above) making a mockery of American citizens who voice legitimate concerns.

There are always going to be lessons to be learned in politics. However, the one lesson that President Obama and the Democratic Party still isn't getting is that actions will always speak louder than words. Obama was elected as President of the United States based off lip service. He'll witness the demise of the Democratic Congress this fall because all his leadership has provided in almost two years is the same lip service. We're watching what you're doing more than what you're saying and we don't like what we see.

Take Your Urinary Tract Elsewhere!

Alright - while this is basically old news (in today's world), I could not resist! Thanks to the efforts of bloggers and links to the originating news article, Dr. Cassell has made a serious impression in America!

While CNN and left leaning news or blog outlets spin the negative, truth is, his sign was simply an "if...then" statement. Should anyone call his bluff, the doctor was/is obligated to treat them. My left-ish friends out there would likely take the side of "victims" or those the HC plan "is supposed" to help. However, the sign is what it is, see for yourself:

Depends on whether you read well or follow instructions as to whether you follow it. Dr. Jack Cassell said he would not refuse if someone actually did come in, so to me, it is an example of free speech; not an ethics issue.

It is a statement of frustration.

Ultimately, it is a foreshadowing of things to come. Sad thing is, he may receive discipline from this from PC minded individuals - not from legal grounds. But under Obamacare, the principle behind this will be all to common place.

I do find one thing ironic the Huffington Post references Rep. Alan Grayson, D-FL who says that "African-Americans" (should read "Americans"...another topic though) will be turned away. How is this so if "African-Americans" are so illiterate that they need the Government to assist them [in these ways] because the education system failed them? Will they not ignore the sign due to this handicap? Will not the roughly 50% (five out of 10) of Americans (Floridians - not just black) with low levels of literacy have the potential of problems reading this sign? I find this to be a racist comment - why is this not focused on by the media?

Seems to me that Mr. Grayson could be speaking of a mere four/five out of 10 people...of which, the other few may read and still enter, understanding this sign to actually be sarcasm, in the mode of tongue and cheek...and a touch of frustrated reality!

Oh yeah....and let's not forget that Mr. Grayson is not a friend to America. See is own self promoted voting record and front web boast "$100 mill in Federal money" - "98% increase of funds" during his first year in office! This guy is spending America away!

Democrats Don’t Want Violence Unless Its Against Unborn Children

On Sunday the Democrats of the U.S. Congress, led by our President, passed a bill that was unconstitutional and opposed by the majority of Americans. On Thursday, they're shocked at the ramifications of ignoring America and trampling on the rights of American citizens. Needless to say, Americans are upset and not wanting to wait until November to voice their outrage.

Our First Amendment rights allow us the privilege of voicing our displeasure towards elected officials, which is one reason why I posted contact information for the Democratic senators who voted on the health care bill on this site, and since the Obama Administration has not yet found a way to to trample that right they're making themselves out to be victims. That's right ladies and gentlemen, our oppressors are trying to make themselves out to me the victims.

Of course the First Amendment doesn't afford us the right to threaten bodily harm upon another person and, in my opinion, those who have done so should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. However, the left is totally ignoring the hundreds of thousands of phone calls in opposition to the bill that are well thought out and articulated and instead bringing to light the dozens of of calls that are harsh in tone, use profanity and offer threats. Please pay attention to what is going on here. This group of politicians think that you're crazy if you disagree with them and to prove it they are painting you in the same light as the few actual crazies who've called. Don't believe me? How many times have you heard or read about people calling or faxing people in legitimate protest to this new legislation. Looking at the main stream media you'd think that no one have voiced a legitimate protest. However, the U.S. Congress switchboard is burdened down with up to 50,000 calls per day and all we're hearing about are the very minority of them that include profanity and such.

Why is it that our Vice President can drop an f-bomb on national television when gloating to the President about ramming something down the throats of American citizens and yet this party finds it unacceptable for someone to leave a voice mail in protest to the legislation that contains profanity? Why is it that the Speaker of the House can call the Tea Party people Nazis and yet when it comes to leaving messages and voicing criticism to Democratic senators name calling is unacceptable?

Why? Because they think they're better than you! That's why they refused to listen to the majority of the American public and force this bill on us anyway. That's why they can do or say something that they find unacceptable if you do it. That's why they have the ability to opt out of the new health care system when you don't have that ability. They view all Americans as lower class citizens, and not just those who oppose them. The trample of the constitutional rights of republicans and democrats equally and smirk while doing it. Then they have the gall to actually attempt to make you believe they are a victim in some way because people protest against them.

"The bottom line is, we need to be very careful in public life that our rhetoric doesn't incite to violent acts," Maryland Democrat and House Majority leader, Steny Hoyer said on a network morning news show. He said dealing with difficult issues in a civil and peaceful manner is "at the core of our democracy."

I find it extremely ironic that the democrats are concerned about the possible violent acts done against them in retaliation to their actions but show no concern for the violent acts done to unborn babies. In fact their new legislation not only outlines the steps to how a women can and abortion, it makes it easier for them to do so. At least a grown man can defend himself against threats and actual attacks of violence. What can an unborn baby do? Those entrusted with the power to protect unborn babies turned their backs because they've lost their sense of morality and because babies don't vote. The official political stance of the Obama Administration is kill the unborn defenseless babies but please don't direct personal threats against us because we deserve better.

At the end of the day we only have ourselves to blame. Those of us that saw what was coming if Obama were elected as President didn't scream loud enough and those who heard our screams didn't listen and instead voted for socialism. Now we've become like the group of people that Paul describes in Romans 1:21-25.

We've become a country with no morals! Instead of teaching our children to abstain from sex until after marriage our president is saying that, "a woman shouldn't be punished with a baby" after an act of immorality. I've always thought that babies were miracles and blessings. When did they become punishments? Do you see how backwards we are? Guess what America? We elected a President who is anti-American and has no sense of morality. Now we're shocked at the results of him being in office. Sound to me like God is giving us over to our own sinful desires.

The Obama Touch – Something You’ll Want To Stay Away From

Just over a year ago the world was buzzing with Obama Mania. As a presidential candidate, Barack Obama had used persuasive speeches to win the votes of an American population that, for the most part, bought his sales pitch hook, line and sinker. Now, just a year after his inauguration President Obama has dropped from a cult like rock star status to the voice that turns people the other way. In fact, Obama’s trust level has fallen so far that if you’re looking promote, sell or campaign anything this year he should be dead last on your list of pitchmen.

In September President Obama flew to Copenhagen, Denmark in an effort to bring the 2016 Olympic Games to his hometown Chicago. Days later the city of Chicago was one of the first cities removed from consideration as a host for the 2016 games. Strike one!

Last fall also saw the president personally campaign for democratic candidates in the New Jersey and Virginia governor races. Speaking on behalf of Creigh Deeds (Virginia) and Jon Corzine (New Jersey) President Obama attempted to use his political “swag” to keep the Democratic Party’s grip firm in the north east. The problem is that both Deeds and Corzine lost to Republicans. Strikes two and three!

Then in December President Obama outlined his climate goals at the global warming summit in Copenhagen. Possibly recognizing the irony of world leaders arriving in 1,200 limos and 140 private airplanes caused a leaders from the African nations to walkout. Ultimately the summit ended in failure with progress targets lowered and goals dropped as a collective agreement couldn’t be reached. Strike four!

The latest chapter in this saga came just a few weeks ago when President Obama flew to Massachusetts in an effort to help Martha Coakley win the senate seat that was last occupied by Ted Kennedy. Bashing Coakley’s opponent for “driving his truck” and saying that, if elected, he may take the people someplace they don’t want to go. He made the point clear that electing a guy like Scott Brown would be a step backwards and not forward. The result? Scott Brown won by a near landslide giving republicans the much needed 41^st vote against Obama’s health care reform. Strike five!

Yeah, I know. You’re only supposed to have three strikes but the way our president understands things he’d tell you that he doesn’t even have enough strikes for his first out. The spin coming out of the White House is that a record national deficit is actually progress, four million lost jobs is actually saving jobs and that the people of Massachusetts actually voted in favor of the Obama Administration when they elected Scott Brown even though he was, “a step backwards.” I don’t know, you figure it out.

Here’s what I do know. King Midas had the magic touch of turning the things he touches into gold. President Obama seems to have the touch of making golden opportunities go away. I’m really curious to see how his State of the Union Address is received because it seems that, at least for now, that the only thing stopping the Obama agenda is Obama himself.

Way to go Republicans

Finally! It seems the American voice is being heard - at least by Republican Representatives and 11 Democrat Representatives. I am so proud of the Republicans - they stood against the overwhelming tide of biased information and resisted the bailout bill yesterday. That in itself is awesome. But what was more impressive, there were 11 Democrats with the fortitude and resolve to buck the system, stand for America and vote NO on mortgaging/taxing/enslaving our grandchildren.

The national debt already stands at over 30K per person in America - we don't need this "stimulus" package of pork! Only .12cents on every dollar is actually going to stimulate the economy - the rest is a mess of stuff! Condoms and other contraceptives - "to avoid further burdening the economy in the future" - - yeah, that's smart, "condone" a lack of self discipline and responsibility. Geesh, when will the madness stop! Or what about several thousands being earmarked for climate change studies on global warming? Isn't this the coldest global year on record - and since 1998 there has been a cooling trend? Someone needs their head checked.

Nevertheless, I will personally thank the 11 democrats and challenge you to do the same! It may have passed, but at least as Republicans we can say we had "nothing" to do with it!
