President Obama's Response To Arizona's Immigration Problems

If this were a Saturday Night Live skit it would be funny but the fact that its real life is down right scary. While heavily criticizing Arizona's new immigration law (that only reinforces the federal law) and working on legislation to block it, President Obama met with Governor Jan Brewer (for approximately 30 minutes) to discuss the issue. Sticking to her guns and not buying into Obama's pitch to ditch the state law and, "be his partner" in a comprehensive overhaul of the nation's immigration system, Brewer asked for the president's support in securing the border. She was promised a response from the Obama Administration within a month.
"I said we need to have the fence completed, have more troops on the border and more resources" - Arizona Governor Jan Brewer
So how did our nation's president respond? You guessed it, without a spine. Instead of offering more support or trying to actually stop illegals from crossing the border the U.S. government actually posted signs warning Americans not to travel within 80 miles of the border.

How could that be the right response in anyone's opinion. Signs? Are you kidding me? What about the people, U.S. citizens mind you, that live within 80 miles of the border? It appears that our president just gave them away to Mexico by moving the border 80 miles to the north.
