Silence after Tuesday

I listened to the radio during the inauguration. Probably one of the most telling fore casting was B. Hussein Obama's flundering on the oath. I realize that is not a word, but it seems to fit. He choked. Sure, nothing is perfect and everyone goofs, but the oath is peat and repeat. How hard can it be? And, if you watch the video...he .... well, wasn't there!

He didn't just flounder, blunder, or stumble - he did so at one of the most crucial points. Will he do this thing? Is he certain? Where did his mind wander? He stands with two other Presidents that got re-do's.

Next day....he gets a do-over. Just a precaution per the powers that be.

BUT THEY can't find and don't use a Bible! Regardless of Jefferson, who used a book of law, this is a time honored tradition and even cultural binding practice as to who we are as a nation. One does question what we would have seen had Romney been elected....

I am sure, absolutely sure, that there was a Bible in the White House. There is no way there was not. They just did not take the time to obtain one. They waited one day for a re-do, what's a few more minutes? What would be the reasoning?

What will the first 100 days be like?
